Comments:1148 River Vent on. 1156 RV off to start first pause. 1152 first Main Vent splash. 1207 RV on. 1221 RV off to start second pause. MV splashed continuously until 2014 and showed two more splashes at 1224. There were several large full splashes out of MV that can best be described as calmly elegant rather than a quick gush of water. Upper Mortar showed water in its cone at 1214. 1225 RV on. 1236 Gold Vent on. 1243 Angle Vent on. Water levels were good at GV 10 minute mark. From that point on, High Vent and GV had flooded vents with HV tall and continuous and GV also continuous. There were several surges in Upper Mortar prior to the big one at 1253. The vents did not achieve a classic lock. T. Cross indicated that AV went to steam before the eruption began at 1254.
