| Note: | 08/30/1976 - approx time - Congress Pool behaving strangely during the 1015 walk. It would “erupt” to heights of 5’ for about 10 sec, then suddenly cease activity & the whole pool would be quiet. This quiet phase would last for perhaps 5 sec, then it would begin to “erupt” again. |
