| Note: | 08/31/1976 - no time noted - We are for sure in the grip of an end-of-the-season change! Porc Basin has gone bananas! Hurricane Vent is a light brown, no increase in activity. = Colloidal Pool has gone crazy. There are 3-4 boiling spots, all of which are constantly going. The main one is “erupting” as high as 10 feet! This causes large waves to surge over the pool’s edge & under the boardwalk. |
