Comments:Saw Feather start from the old road. 20 ft surge from Mastiff as I was almost around to the platform. Feather off when that came into view - so off by 1540. 2” of water covering India by the time I got to the rail. Bijou back on at the tail end of 1540. I suspect the Feather start I saw may have been a restart.

it was unlikely to be a restart if you saw Mastiff surging. Restarts happen after Mastiff has dropped which causes Feather to stop. I do not believe Mastiff has refilled on any restart before.
