| Comments: | Seen from Grand, in what appears to be the right spot for Uncertain. Exact shape and height you would expect. Died down very quickly about a minute after we noticed it. Uncertain was seen splashing less than 10 minutes later, which is the only reason we are unsure. The Uncertain splashing went on to end in a fairly bizarre way, see SteveO's note for details.
CalebD thinks this was most likely mixed phase from tardy based on WC footage. Unfortunately the archive video from that part of the day is corrupted. |
