At 0935, the surrounding area was dry and didn't have a recently disturbed look. Ledge's main vent was puffing steam and making a fainter version of a Lion-roar sound, without a drop of water; not knowing there had been an eruption, made a note to myself that it was too bad it had lost the little bit of water it had had.
