| Comments: | Preplay from the main vent began at 9:38 am for Ledge Geyser. I stood out in the snow watching for Ledge to play between 12:45 & 2:05 but got chilled to the bone so went in to warm up & to check the book dispenser. While away Ledge Geyser erupted sometime between 2:09 & 2:15 ~Typical Ranger luck. However when I went back down to watch it I only saw it play until 2:19 when it quit immediately as it had on August 12th. The marker was replaced at 2:25 as it did not erupt again within a short time |
