Water level out of sight, a rough guess would be that it's about 1.5 feet below the rim at its lowest. Appeared to be fluctuating up and down with boils at the peaks every 1-2 minutes. The boils varied in height but never reached above the rim during my observation. I saw water 1-2 feet above the rim from the OFI parking lot at 0944; due to the more sustained nature of that activity I think it was an eruption but I didn't catch it in the act from up close. |

Steam seemed to be significantly heavier than observed previously. It was intermittent between heavy and what I would consider regular. No vertical water was observed, but visibility was not ideal. This activity was observed for about 30 minutes on the webcam. |

Ever since around the time Little Squirt was first observed, I've been seeing intermittent bursts of steam lasting about <=1m occurring from Silver Spring at a frequency of about once every 2-5 minutes or so. Never saw any water, but I think it might be actual eruptive activity which never makes it out of the crater. |
