1515 12 Aug 2009 @ 1109 --- Janet Jones In going through older photos of King Geyser, I noticed one from this date shows the crater with a lower water level as though it was refilling after an eruption.
783 09 Aug 2009 @ 0000 09 Aug 2009 @ 2359 Tara Ralph Taylor saw King Geyser in eruption on August 9. It is not known if there were more eruptions; King had ceased activity by the time an electronic monitor was placed on it later in August.
