|Note:||Kevin S heard a hailstorm approaching for several minutes from the Norris Campground. He has a time stamped photo taken at 2145 showing a large volume of hail outside his tent. It is likely that the hailstorm coincided with the seismograph anomaly. (My note - The storm was a massive wall of dark clouds and lightning that filled almost the whole southern horizon. We quickly finished anything that we had to do outside of the cabin so that we could hunker down, but it skirted the OF area a bit before dark. All that we got here was a few distant rumbles, but it looked very threatening!)|
