| Note: | I sat for over two hours at Solitary to get a reasonable data set. Intervals ranged between 4.5 and 5.5 minutes. Eruption starts were marked by the first bubbles and accompanying flood of water. Eruptions marked as minors boiled and flooded, but had no true bursting activity. Normal eruptions usually had a single burst between 1 and 4 feet, but could have as many as 4 bursts. The two majors had impressive bursts exceeding 15 feet. |
