| Note: | 09/10/1971 - no time noted - Gray Lakes – the color has changed in the past 2 days from a normal medium gray to a very turbid coffee brown. The northern half of the lakes has increased markedly in its boiling activity, behaving very much like a muddy caldron such as Colloidal is now. The runoff from it into the south branch of Tantalus Creek is very reminiscent of the Muddy Missouri – only darker. |
