| Note: | Bathtub, water rose to inch from the top at 1209:30. Mastiff front vent boiling to a foot, water dropped at 1211:00. About 10 seconds after Mastiff water dropped the front vent surged up 4 feet followed by a 4 foot surge in the back vent. |
