| Comments: | River on but was preceded by two either short episodes of uncoordinated activity or atypical pauses, also by about 3 minutes of splashing in Main and extended period of splashing in Bottom and Lower Mortar, Bottom Vent almost making it to full eruption periodically and pool actually visible in LM. Activity in all 3 vents seemed largely curtailed by onset of River, although Bottom continued to have water pistol-type activity far into the cycle. 1742 for Gold, 1743 Angle, water levels really quite good for 20-25 past onset of Gold/Angle; note 19 minute interval RV start to GV start. Cycle continued when we left but water at that point had finally played out |
