Comments: | Vertical Geyser (Sprinkler Group, Lower Geyser Basin) (= LKNN023 in the RCN database; = vent 23 of Wolf & Paperiello, 1989, Report on the Kaleidoscope & Sprinkler Groups); vent is located at 44° 33’ 14.50" North latitude, 110° 48' 39.96" West longitude. Eruptions at 1327 to 1329, 1401 to latest 1402, late 1436 to mid-1438, 1511 to 1513 (in concert with Little Miser, Impatient Miser, and North Angle), and 1548 to 1549. Closed intervals: 34m, 35m, 35m, 37m. All eruptions ~1.5 minutes duration, fairly wide base, pyramidal shape to eruption column, with one or two near-pauses. Same type of eruptions as seen earlier this season. |
