| Comments: | Eruption occurred mid-cycle between normal Grotto eruptions. Hot period started at 0517. Feather Satellite came on about 4 minutes after Feather. Mastiff boiled to 4 feet. Cave boiled to 4 inches. Sinter in front of boardwalk not quite covered. Feather duration 7m20s, then off for about 1 minute, then restarted with large vertical surges in Giant. After 1m20s Giant started. Giant was big. Entrant stunned and frozen but happy of course. |
