| Note: | As it was recovering from Daisy, Splendid gave some nice sustained boils 2-3 feet high every couple minutes. Just as it returned to overflow it had a couple more boils that held at 2-3 feet and got 3-4 feet wide. Following these boils, at 0950, the vents in and around the cone on the west side of the crater (not the side vent) began boiling and perpetually erupting 1-2 feet. Simultaneously main vent went flat and remained so till the time of posting. |
