Note:NV was straight up, not angled, most likely because of wind direction blowing toward decker's island. NV stayed in steam phase with a thin stream of water in the middle. Crazy vortex that swirled around this thin thin thin stream of water. Stayed that way most all day. At 1930 NV was starting to huff steam/and this thin stream of water. SV was hard to see, NV steam blocked it. Temps were cold and windy. @ 1930 Cistern Spring was 12 - 14" below the rim of the inner tube.
