| Note: | SV active with light runoff, shoulder area moist, but no water in back runoff channel. Cistern overflowing in all directions. Trickle of water at bridge, and trough is mostly clear of debris, with 10" of stick exposed. Barricades are now protecting visitors from the erroneous information sign, as well as keeping them a safe 14" from the front railing. Full seating is now available at lower deck. NV barely spritzing any water all all during brief observation. |
