Note:2 nice minors that could have lead to an eruption but NV just doesn't have the juice/umph/upsie to push through a good vertical minor to take it all the way to eruption. One at 1133 that put a solid 4.5 (5 is eruption)down the runoff at the footbridge and had many up on their feet shouting! Another at 1418 that could have been a start but just didn't have what it needed! Both had tall vertical SV that put a raging river down its runoff channel. Cistern Spring is still VERY low and overflowing only out of the established channel to the south. The scalloped edges and biscuits are WAY exposed. (1.5") Very chilly and windy day.

1418 minor basically looked like a start. Both that and the 1133 event were followed by 1-2 hours of lesser activity, but it would pick back up. One more good minor reported ~1836
