Note: | Thursday August 5 - no time noted - Steamboat caused rain to fall during the night over the upper platform and woods to the north west. During the morning hours it was in what could be termed a sloppy wet steam phase with fine water shooting 25 feet high and maybe 5-10’ gallons of water coming down the hillside per minute.
Cistern had drained approximately 10 feet – water level was rising as of 1000 hours. I dropped into the crater and removed 14 rocks and 12 sticks. Also recovered 1 USP and 1 USD |
