| Note: | Sunday August 9, 1981 - no time noted - Fearless Geyser has returned to normal. Water level is up & it continues to boil heavily @ 198º. The temp was taken ~2’ from edge but the water certainly looks superheated so it is probably a little low. = Vents West of Fearless – overall water level down ~8” violently splashing to 2’ instead of their usual gently bubbling. {Sketch map of positions and temps} - Little “Tiny” has become a fumerole that is now sulphur lined.
