| Note: | Wed, March 29 1978 Steamboat viewed at 2:00 p.m. Steam was still jetting forcefully from both vents, but the powerful noise & thudding were decreasing in intensity. Cistern was almost completely drained. Water remained over the vent & the temp was found to be 144º. The water was very murky & no activity could be seen. |
