| Note: | 29 minors took place in this time. 41% were concerted, and of those one was a concerted start and the rest were north vent initiated. The rest were north solos except for one south solo. When it got heavily involved, the south vent was definitely putting out more volume than north was (I feel like north vent's jets are still a little thin, although I need more experience to say for sure), and it increased runoff signifigantly. You could watch it cascade down the runoff channel. The steady runoff was slightly greater than yesterday, today is the second or third day of increasing temperatures after the dip. The overall minor activity and runoff seemed of similar strength (maybee a little stronger) to what I saw on June 9 and 10 in the middle of Steamboat's temperature cycle. |
